Coconut-Pecan Glaze/Frosting;
Ingredients:
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 1/4 cups Sugar
4-5 slightly beaten Egg Yolks
1 stick Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 cup Pecans chopped
2 cups Coconut
Cook and stir first 5 ingredients over medium heat until thickened (it takes about 12 minutes). Add Coconut and Pecans. Let cool until glaze is easy to spread. Enjoy!
